Refund policy

At ComfyHound, we hold our products to a high standard. Because we don't resell returned goods, we are unable to accept returns in most cases.

Exception for First-Time Customers

If you are a first-time customer and your pet doesn't enjoy our product or you have a concern about the quality or condition of it, we will accept a return under the following conditions:

  • The return must be due to your pet not enjoying the product, or a concern about the quality or condition, not its effect or results
  • The return must be requested within 30 days of your order arriving
  • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping
  • Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 working days

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange a return at no extra cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

Gift cards and personalised products are not eligible for a return or refund.
